Pellet Mill with 300 mm Die, Model: MKFD300C

This is a large and efficient machine that uses a flat die. This pellet mill is recommended for small and medium businesses. Ideal for for making pellets of alfalfa, forage, biomass and/or balanced animal feed, it has a high performance at a low cost due to the combination of a great transmission, low motor consumption, and the 300 mm flat die. 

It gets high performance without requiring binding agents for the pelletizing of wood.

This machine is designated as a multi-use machine as it can be used to process a great variety of materials and produce pellets.

The machine is shipped with the user's manual and toolkit for operation and lubrication. The machine includes one flat Die to produce 6mm diameter pellets.  

We also have available for sale a selection of dies to produce pellets with the following diameters: 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, and 10 mm.

Materials succesfully palletized: sugar cane bagasse, agricultural waste, agricultural stubble, alfalfa and forage, straw, seeds, ashes, cardboard, paper, hard and soft waste, manure, pet food, bones, salts, bentonite, sulfur, charcoal, plaster, cements, peanut shells, peanut skins, and other type of refuse.
