Our drying machines are a combination of boiler, and high performance tubes that transport with the heated air generated by the centrifugal fan. all the material exposing the particle for a certain time at 200 degrees centigrade. The air that circulates inside the tubes is heated by the boiler and it takes care of transporting the product that has to be no more than 3 mm, that way the hot air can contact the whole particle and dry the product.
When the cycle in the line ends a cyclone separator divides the hot air material and deposits it where you need it.
