Peeler and rice polisher, model NX-200

The operation of the peeler is simple. Driven by an endless stream, the rice passes over an emery stone that turns on the same axis after the aforementioned auger. Imprisoned by rubber blocks, the rice loses the shell by the emery and finally falls into the sieve where ventilation is separated from undesirable particles (husks and others). That way it would be polished and the product is ready for consumption.
