Oil Press - MKOP-80

The MKOP-80 is a small Oil Press with a 5.5 kW 3-phase motor that can be used to extract oil from different types of oil seeds and nuts. It has several advantages, among them, a compact structure, easy operation and less maintenance, low noise level, and high oil yield. 

Working principle:

1. When the oil press is working, the material enters the extrusion chamber through the hopper and then moves forward along the screw which is rotating and pressing.Raw materials enter on one side of the press and waste products exit on the other side.

2. The condition of high temperature in the chamber, produces a very strong friction between the vise and the oil chamber .

3. The screw not only pushes the particles forward, but also pushes adjacent particles outward, making each particle within the chamber have different speeds. The oil seeps through small openings that do not allow seed fiber solids to pass through.

4. After the process is complete and oil has been extracted, the pressed seeds form into a hardened cake, which is then removed from the machine.
