This Hammer Mill is ideal for crushing all type of biomass. Our Hammer Mills can process materials such as grains, forage, woods, reeds, husks, waste, minerals, etc.

The hammers rotating at 3000 rpm can process any kind of biomass until it is ground into powder. The hammers strike the material until it is in particles smaller than the perforations on the screen in the drum. 

When paired with a cyclone unit, these small particles can be extracted by a pneumatic air system which keeps the dust from spreading through the air.
